About modification of the Regulations on preparation and approval of the list of priority investment projects in the field of development of the woods

Bring in the Regulations on preparation and approval of the list of priority investment projects in the field of development of the woods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2007 N 419 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 30, Art. 3935; 2008, N 24, Art. 2869; 2009, N 10, Art. 1224; 2010, N 6, Art. 661; 2011, N 7, Art. 981; N 24, of the Art. 3502), following changes:

a) in Item 8:

state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) copies of constituent documents;";

add with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities provided by the appendix N 2 to the Rules of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and provision of the data containing in it approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2002 N 438, concerning the commercial organization wishing to realize the investment project.";

b) add with Item 8 (1) the following content:

"8(1). The data specified in the subitem "g" of Item 8 of this provision are provided by public authorities electronically within interdepartmental information exchange.".
