2. Consular service of the Republic of Tajikistan being part of diplomatic service of the Republic of Tajikistan, it is performed on the basis of the Consular charter, the international legal acts and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan.
The system of bodies of diplomatic service of the Republic of Tajikistan is formed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan, representation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the international organizations (foreign representations), representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also managements subordinated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organizations and the organizations created in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of ensuring activities of the Ministry.
