About Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
Article 1. The representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (further - Representation) is the state body formed according to the Constitution of Ukraine for the purpose of assistance to accomplishment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of the powers assigned to the President of Ukraine.
Article 2. The representation is created by the President of Ukraine and directly submits to it.
The representation is headed by the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Article 3. In the activities the Representation is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, it and other laws of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine and acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Article 4. Activities of Representation are based on the principles of supremacy of law, legality, publicity, combination of state and local interests.
Article 5. The representation is legal entity, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of Ukraine and the name, accounts in organizations of banks of Ukraine.
On the house where the representation is placed, National Flag of Ukraine and sign with the name "Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" are established.
