Regulations on the register of accounting of controllers of personal data

Chapter I General provisions

1. The regulations on the Register of accounting of controllers of personal data (in dalneyshempolozheniye) are transposition of Article 21 of the Directive 95/46 of the EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 24, 1995 about protection of the rights of individuals in relation to processing of personal data and about free movement of these data, published in the Official magazine of the European communities (JOCE) No. L 281 of November 23, 1995, and represent the tool by means of which the National center for personal data protection (further - the Center) realizes policy on ensuring adequate level of personal data protection in the Republic of Moldova.

2. The provision establishes procedures and mechanisms of registration and accounting of all controllers, databases, information and informatichesky systems in which personal data, and also providing the right to information of each person are stored and processed.
