About the All-Ukrainian population census

This Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of preparation and carrying out the All-Ukrainian population census (further - the Population census), processings, generalization, distribution and uses of its results and governs the relations of subjects of the Population census, determines their rights, obligations and responsibility, establishes guarantees of the state on protection of the confidential information obtained in the course of the population census.

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law the stated below terms are used in the following value:
