1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of the gas-network organizations.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of accreditation of the gas-network organizations

1. General provisions

1. These rules of accreditation of the gas-network organizations (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About gas and gas supply" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out accreditation of the gas-network organizations.

2. In these rules the following determinations and concepts are applied:

1) the gas-network organization - the legal entity having the certificate on accreditation and performing operation of the gas-filling station, group reservoir installations, and also wholesale and retail sale of the liquefied oil gas on the conditions established by the Law;
