Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of immediate compensation to the candidate for astronauts, to the astronaut in case of establishment of the disability which was caused injuries, mutilations, diseases got on duty and also in case of his death (death) in connection with execution of service duties.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
