About additional measures for forming of the favorable entrepreneurial and investment circle in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of further forming of the favorable entrepreneurial circle and enhancement of process of attraction of direct investments to the republic I decide:

1. Consider that forming of the favorable entrepreneurial and investment circle is priority task of all state bodies in the republic.

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- create the register of the state free and paid services with ensuring price level of the paid services which are not exceeding reasonable costs for their accomplishment.

3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to make changes and additions to the corresponding regulatory legal acts, to prepare drafts of legal acts with further representation for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh which:

- as much as possible will simplify the state authorization system connected with registration and activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;

- will provide efficient protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs against unauthorized intervention in their economic activity of any state bodies;

- will promote effective development of commercial tourism - shuttle business.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of economic policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
