2. According to the statistics to provide to department of legal and organizational support together with Strategic development department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) official publication in mass media of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
