About additional measures to restore order in the field of oil product supply in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring completeness of accounting of the oil products delivered to the republic, tax payment and other obligatory payments in the budget, observance of fire-proof, ecological security measures and environmental protection, and also control of quality and realization of oil products the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Prohibit in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic storage, discharge and realization of oil products from railway deadlocks, autofuel trucks, and also in the places which are not equipped according to requirements of technical, fire protection and sanitary standards.
2. Determine that delivery, storage and the realization of oil products from now on to enable only on the specialized petroleum storage depots, gas stations and places equipped according to normative and technical requirements.
3. To management of the Kyrgyz railroad under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform giving of railway vehicles with oil products only on specialized petroleum storage depots, irrespective of patterns of ownership.
4. Determine that since January 1, 1997 responsibility measures according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic will be applied to the business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership performing delivery, storage and realization of oil products in case of violation of the regulations and conditions established by Items 1, 2 and 3 presents of the resolution.
