About approval of Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine of March 15, 2012 to No. 4525-VІ "About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Ukraine concerning increase in age of consent", Item 88 of the National plan of action for 2012 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 187, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To the chairman of the Public registration service (Efimenko L. V.) bring this order to permission of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
4. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring this order to permission of departments of state registration of acts of civil status and to provide its proper application in work.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.).
