1. In the title and Item 1 of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 17, 1998 No. 772 "About approval of the Procedure for giving and consideration of the applications about privatizations of objects of groups A, D, and also groups Zh (which are subject to privatization by the methods established for subjects to small privatization)", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 1998 for No. 400/2840, "statements for privatization of objects of groups A, D, and also groups Zh (which are subject to privatization by the methods established for subjects to small privatization)" shall be replaced with words "statements for inclusion in the list of objects which are subject to privatization, and statements for privatization concerning objects of state-owned property of groups A, D and Zh".
2. Make changes to the Procedure for giving and consideration of the application about inclusion of object in the list of objects which are subject to privatization, and statements for privatization of objects of groups A, D and Zh approved by the specified order, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
