1. Declare invalid the joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 05.10.2007 No. 369/1105/336 "About approval of the Amount of payment for provision of services by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Procedure for their collection", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.10.2007 for No. 1235/14502 (with changes).
2. Department of financial provision and financial accounting (Kopytov S. M.) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on deputy ministers according to distribution of functional obligations.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
