About the Constitutional Assembly

For the purpose of operating time of offers concerning changes in the Constitution of Ukraine on the basis of generalization of practice of implementation of the Fundamental Law of Ukraine, taking into account achievements and tendencies of development of modern constitutionalism, ensuring attraction in accordance with the established procedure to such work of the leading scientists, representatives of civil society and different political forces, the international experts of the European Commission "For democracy through the right" (the Venetian Commission), experts of other international institutions and the organizations, being guided by part two of Article 102 and according to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:

1. Form the Constitutional Assembly as special facilitative branch in case of the President of Ukraine.

2. Appoint according to the proposal of Scientific and expert group on preparation of the Constitutional Assembly:

KRAVCHUK Leonid Makarovich - the President of Ukraine in 1991-1994 - the Chairman of the Constitutional Assembly (in consent);

SHEMSHUCHENK Yury Sergeyevich is directors of Institute of the state and the right of V. M. Koretsky of National academy of Sciences Ukrainyzamestitel of the Chairman of the Constitutional Assembly (in consent);

STAVNIYCHUK Marina Ivanovna - the Adviser to the President Ukrainyrukovoditel of Head department concerning constitutional and legal upgrade of Administration of the President of Ukraine by the secretary of the Constitutional Assembly.

3. Approve Regulations on the Constitutional Assembly it (is applied).
