About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 230a) the following amendment:
add Article 27 with part 2 following of content:
"Transfer of the socially significant messages connected with bringing to the population of information concerning safety of human life and health is performed by mass media (television, radio), mobile operators on a grant basis.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
