Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the budget of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2011 and the forecast for 2012 - 2013" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 531) the following changes and amendments:
