About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following change and amendment:
1. To declare Item 5 of part 1 of Article 7 invalid.
2. To add part 1 of Article 11 with Item 11 of the following content:
"11) publicly to condemn actions of higher body or the official, the cases of causing damage except for proved by them to the state or public concerns.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
