About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning prevention of neglect and offenses of minors

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 1993 "About the child's rights" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2000 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 33, Art. 430; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 103, 2/215; 2008, No. 170, 2/1462; No. 277, 2/1547) following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 13 part three:

exclude the words "with statements";

2. In Article 17:

8. State Article 31 in the following edition:

"Article 31. The rights of handicapped children and children with features of psychophysical development

The state guarantees to handicapped children and children with features of psychophysical development free pedagogical, medical, public and psychological assistance, the choice by them and their parents (guardians, custodians) of organization of education, creation of special conditions for education by children with features of psychophysical development and rendering the korrektsionnopedagogichesky help to them, employment according to their opportunities, social resettlement, full-fledged life in the conditions providing their advantage, promoting active inclusion in life of society.".

9. In Article 36:
