About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 6, the Art. 240) the following changes:
in Item 3 of Article 25:
- in the subitem "g" of the word", with obligatory personal participation of such shareholder in judicial session" to exclude;
- in the subitem "d" of the word", with obligatory personal participation of this shareholder in judicial session" to exclude;
- in the subitem "e" of the word", with obligatory personal participation of this shareholder in judicial session" to exclude;
- in the subitem "z" of the word", with obligatory personal participation of this shareholder in judicial session" to exclude. Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 30 days from the date of official publication.
