For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" according to Procedure for document storage and use of the data specified in the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature, and data concerning opening of the currency account in organization of bankanerezident the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2012 I ORDER to No. 16:
1. Approve the Instruction concerning the organization of acceptance and storage of declarations on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature submitted staff of the State Border Service of Ukraine (further - the Instruction) which is applied.
2. To provide to management of internal security submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
