About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2012 No. 9 "About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of management of budgetary funds of state body and the Technique of efficiency evaluation of cash management of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2012 No. 9 "About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of management of budgetary funds of state body and the Technique of efficiency evaluation of cash management of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7381) the following changes:

in the Technique of the efficiency evaluation of management of budgetary funds of state body approved by the specified order:

3) of Item 10 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) by criterion "The taken (realized) measures for execution of the introduced acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control" it is specified:

amount of the amounts of violations which are subject to compensation in the budget, it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control;

amount of the amounts of violations compensated in the budget at the scheduled time to the total amount of the amounts of the violations which are subject to compensation in budget receipt it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control;

amount of the amounts of violations which are subject to recovery, it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control by performance of works, rendering services, delivery of goods and/or reflection on accounting;

amount of the amounts of violations recovered at the scheduled time to the total amount of the amounts of the violations which are subject to recovery it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control by performance of works, rendering services, delivery of goods and/or reflection on accounting;

the number of the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control performed completely and at the scheduled time to total quantity of the introduced acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control for the accounting period, except for amount of the compensated and recovered amounts;";

state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. Assessment by criterion "The taken (realized) measures for execution of the introduced acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control" consists in establishment:

amount of the amounts of violations which are subject to compensation in the budget, it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control;

amount of the amounts of violations compensated in the budget at the scheduled time to the total amount of the amounts of the violations which are subject to compensation in budget receipt it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control;

amount of the amounts of violations which are subject to recovery, it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control by performance of works, rendering services, delivery of goods and/or reflection on accounting;

amount of the amounts of violations recovered at the scheduled time to the total amount of the amounts of the violations which are subject to recovery it agrees the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control introduced by results of control by performance of works, rendering services, delivery of goods and/or reflection on accounting;

the number of the acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control performed completely and at the scheduled time to total quantity of the introduced acts of reaction of bodies of the state financial control for the accounting period, except for amount of the compensated and recovered amounts.";

third of Item 46 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of lack of direct and/or final results or availability of actions instead of the quantity characteristics which are not allowing to estimate achievement of direct result, or duplications of direct results with resulting effects and also in case of duplication of indicators of the budget program with indicators of other budget program of the administrator of budget programs, 0 points are appropriated.";

the fourth Item 48 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of achievement of direct results of the budget program of less 90,1 of %, performance excellence of budget programs is equal "0%".";

the second Item 55 to state part in the following edition:

"Within fifteen calendar days the central authorized body on budget implementation sends to Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the estimated state bodies, the reasonable conclusions about acceptance or rejection of objections by results of recheck. In case of acceptance of objections the corresponding corrections are made to the conclusions about results of assessment.";
