About entering of amendments into the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations No. 93-XVI of April 5, 2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations No. 93-XVI of April 5, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 78-81, of the Art. 358), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Item and) Article 28 to add with the words "or resignation".

2. Add the law with Article of 281 following contents:

"Article 281. Resignation

The employee of Service has the right to resignation - termination of the individual employment contract on own initiative according to the Labor code.".

3. Part (Article 29 to add 1) with Items g), h) and i) the following content:

"g) in connection with transfer of the employee according to the Labor code;

h) on reaching age limit of stay on service;

i) in connection with appointment of criminal penalty as the judgment which excludes possibility of continuation of service under the contract - from the date of finding by the judgment of final nature.".

Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
