Art. I. - The criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: 2009, No. 7274, the Art. 195), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article of 3351 following contents:
"Article 3351. Forgery of accounting documents

(2) the same actions made for the benefit of organized criminal group or the criminal organization are punished by penalty in the amount up to 1500 conventional units or imprisonment for a period of 3 up to 7 years with deprivation in both cases of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of 2 up to 5 years, and the legal entity is punished by penalty in the amount of 2000 to 4000 conventional units with deprivation of the right to be engaged in certain activities for a period of 2 up to 5 years.".

II. - In part (5) Article 274 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122-XV of March 14, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 104-110, of the Art. 447), with subsequent changes, the first offer to add with words ", in the shortest possible time, but no more than 15 days.".
