1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the organization of exit fair trade in regions of the Republic of Belarus, border with Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on the organization of exit fair trade in regions of the Republic of Belarus, border with Ukraine

1. This Provision determines general requirements to the organization of exit fair trade in regions of the Republic of Belarus, function of the operator (organizer) and coordinator of exit fair trade, border with Ukraine.

2. In this Provision the following terms and their determinations are applied:

offside fair event - action within which exit fair trade is organized;

the coordinator of exit fair trade (further - the coordinator) - local executive and administrative organ of the region of the Republic of Belarus, border with Ukraine;

the operator (organizer) of exit fair trade (further - the operator (organizer) - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on whom according to the procedure, determined by the coordinator, function on the organization of offside fair event in the territory of regions of the Republic of Belarus, border with Ukraine, is assigned;

the platform - the territory intended for the organization of offside fair event;

region of the Republic of Belarus, border with Ukraine - Brest region, Gomel region;
