1. The first - the tenth Section 5 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"Financing of the Program is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget. The total amount of assignments of the federal budget in 2009 - 2013 will constitute in the prices of the corresponding years 1338, 86 million rubles, including:
on bodyguard, protection of the dwelling and property - 96, 51 million rubles;
on acquisition for protected persons of special individual protection equipment, bonds and notifications about danger - 135, 56 million rubles;
on ensuring confidentiality of data on protected persons - 3, 2 million rubles;
on resettlement of protected persons on other residence - 168, 98 million rubles;
on replacement of documents of protected persons - 2, 3 million rubles;
on change of appearance of protected persons - 7, 19 million rubles;
on the temporary placement of protected persons to the safe place - 815, 87 million rubles;
on application of additional security measures concerning the protected persons which are held in custody or being in places of detention - 88 million rubles;
on application of measures of social support - 21, 25 million rubles.".
