About modification of Rules of implementation of the state veterinary supervision at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of the state veterinary supervision at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2011 N 501 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 27, by the Art. 3937).

1. Add with Item 3 (1) the following content:
"3(1). When importing controlled goods sea transport the state veterinary supervision is exercised on condition of representation to territorial authorities of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of prior notices according to the procedure, established by the Decision.
Territorial administrations of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance perform transfer of prior notices in customs authorities in which region of activities seaports are located.".
2. Add with Items 6 (1) - 6(13) following contents:
"6(1). When importing (arrival) to single customs area of the Customs union of controlled goods sea transport the carrier represents along with the documents provided by the Customs Code of the Customs Union, the documents specified in Items 3 - 5 these rules, or the bill of lading (with indication of number of the veterinary certificate or other veterinary accompanying document, the receiver of controlled goods, the sender of controlled goods, the name of controlled goods, its quantity and weight).
