For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2011 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 15, 2011 No. 242-IVQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 551:
