Make the following changes in approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 1999 No. 40 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 196; 2001, No. 10, Article 663; 2003, No. 6, Article 342; 2005, No. 4, Article 386; 2006, No. 5, Article 463, No. 9, Article 822; 2008, No. 2, Article 125, No. 8, Article 782; 2011, No. 5, Article 455) Standard regulations on rules of carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles and their trail cars:

1.1. add with Item 1.6 of the following content:

"1.6. the state tax and taxes provided by this Provision can be paid only through banks, mail, by means of plastic cards or via the Internet.";

1.2. consider the text of Item 2.3 also the second offer of this Item and add with the first offer of the following content:
