Make the following changes in approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 1999 No. 39 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 195; 2001, No. 10, Article 663; 2003, No. 6, Article 342; 2006, No. 5, Articles 463, 472, No. 9, Article 822, No. 10, Article 902, No. 11, Article 989; 2008, No. 2, Articles 116, 125, No. 8, Article 782; 2009, No. 6, Article 491; 2010, No. 8, Article 764; 2011, No. 5, Article 454; 2012, No. 2, Article 185) "Regulations on state registration and registration in accordance with the established procedure motorized vehicles and their trail cars":

1.1. at the end of the seventh paragraph of Item 6 to replace point with semicolon and to add with the eighth paragraph of the following content:

- "organization of state registration, permanent accounting, issue of registration certificates and state registration signs of the vehicle for the principle of single window.";

1.2. add with Item 1.9 of the following content:
