1. In "Rules of implementation of the state control over use and protection of the water objects" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 25, 1998 No. 195 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 602;2005, No. 1, Article 49, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370; 2007, No. 4, Article 390) to give the first paragraph of part 3 in the following edition:

"3. The state control over use and protection of water objects is performed by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy (on land water objects).".
