1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out certification and recertification of breeding livestock production.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2002 No. 1061 "About approval of Rules of assignment of the status of the breeding plant, breeding economy, breeding center and distribyyuterny center, and also carrying out certification (recertification) activities of subjects in the field of breeding livestock production" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 32, the Art. 346);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2006 No. 174 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2002 No. 1061" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 9, the Art. 86).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012 and is subject to official publication.
