1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 06.06.2007 No. 895 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for approval of plans of sanitation and voluntary settlements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.07.2007 for No. 836/14103, such changes:
1.1. To state the title of the order in such edition: "About approval of the Procedure for approval of plans of sanitation, voluntary settlements and lists of liquidating masses".
1.2. State Item 1 in such edition:
"1. Approve the Procedure for approval of plans of sanitation, voluntary settlements and lists of liquidating masses which is applied".
2. Approve Changes to the Regulations on procedure for approval of plans of sanitation and voluntary settlements approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 06.06.2007 No. 895, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.07.2007 for No. 836/14103, which are applied.
3. To provide to management of financial analysis and renewal of solvency of Corporate management department state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund.
