Regulations on procedure for application of zero rate of the VAT on deliveries to territories of the country of the goods and services intended for projects of technical assistance and projects of the investment help, and also when importing of the services intended for them, approved by the Order of the Government No. 246 of April 8, 2010. (2010, No. 52-53, of the Art. 308), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 8 of the following content:

"8. The VAT amounts paid by donors, recipients or beneficiaries of the projects of the technical and/or investment assistance for the goods purchased and/or services intended for project implementation provided in appendices No. 1 and 2 to this Resolution before inclusion of the above-stated international projects in these appendices are subject to compensation to these subjects based on the tax delivery notes and documents confirming payment of the VAT for goods purchased, services provided to tax authority in which activities zone these subjects are serviced along with the statement for compensation of the VAT.".
