About procedure for approval by the National commission on securities and the stock market of the responsible person of non-bank financial group or purpose of it

According to article 16-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Establish such procedure for approval by the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - the Commission) the responsible person of non-bank financial group or purpose of it:

1.1. In case of creation of non-bank financial group the financial group shall determine the responsible person of financial group among financial institutions which are its part, and to approve it with the Commission.

1.2. The non-bank financial group submits for approval in the Commission such documents of rather responsible person - the member of such financial group:

certificate of appointment of the responsible person of non-bank financial group (appendix);

the copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs which confirms state registration of the legal entity - the responsible person of non-bank financial group, the head assured by the signature and seal of the society determined by the responsible person;

the copy of the charter of the responsible person certified by the signature of the head and seal of the society determined by the responsible person;
