According to part one of Article 195 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the corresponding international treaties of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of check points through frontier at which movement of goods and vehicles of commercial appointment through customs border of Ukraine which is applied is performed.

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.

1. The international check points on border with the Republic of Poland:

for automobile communication - Yagodin, Ustilug, Rava-Ruska, Krakivets, Shegini, Smilnitsa;

for railway service - Yagodin, Vladimir-Volynsk, Ravaruska, Mostisk, Hiriv.

2. The international check points on border with the Slovak Republic:

for automobile communication - Small Berezny, Uzhhorod;

for the pedestrian message and cyclists - Small Selmentsa;

for railway service - Pavlovo, PSF (Guard).

3. The international check points on border with Hungary:

for automobile communication - PSF (Yew), Zvonkovoye, Kosino, Luzhank, Forks, Big Palad;

for railway service - PSF (Friendship), Solovka.

for automobile communication - Dyakovo, Solotvino, Porubnoye, Krasnoilsk, Dyakovtsa;
