About approval of the Regulations on the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the State Border Service of Ukraine

According to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 1999 to No. 1109 "About approval of the Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in Ukraine", Item 9 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 399, and for the purpose of the subsequent enhancement of activities of the public sanitarnoepidemiologichesky service of the State Border Service of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the State Border Service of Ukraine which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to management of health care of Department of providing together with legal support division of International legal department this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of September 19, 2003 No. 97 "About approval of the Regulations on the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 22, 2003 for No. 957/8278, to declare invalid.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
