Article 1. To state part 3 of article 146 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of November 28, 2007 in the following edition:

"3. Actions for declaration on disputes on elimination taking place in electoral registers and participants of referendum of the abnormalities which are not relating to the identity of the applicant about entering of amendments into lists can move not later than 8 days till ballot day. These actions for declaration are considered and permitted in three-day time after their receipt.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
