About modification of the Instruction on enforcement proceeding
Based on Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on enforcement proceeding approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2004 No. 40 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 2, 8/11871; 2011, No. 119, 8/24236), following changes:
1.1. in part one of Item 121 of the word "the state automobile inspection, the State inspectorate for small size vessels and the organization of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus conducting forestry" shall be replaced with words "The state automobile inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for the residence of the debtor, the State inspectorate for small size vessels and the organization subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. to exclude from paragraph two of Item 51 of the word "on the initiative or the legal executive after the notification of court";
1.3. Item part one in paragraph five 52, the paragraph the fifth parts one of Item 53 of the word "medical institution", "medical institution" shall be replaced with words "the organization of health care" in the corresponding number and case;
