About modification of pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry

Bring in the pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 N 1178 (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 4, the Art. 504), the following changes:

a) add Item 11 with the offer of the following content: "Regulated prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity), the prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy can be also established with breakdown on categories of consumers taking into account regional and other features.";

b) add with Item 11 (1) the following content:

"11(1). Regulated prices (rates) and their limiting (minimum and (or) maximum) levels (if establishment of such limits is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation) are established with calendar breakdown proceeding from equality of size of the prices (rates) and their limits in the first half of the year of the next annual period of regulation and the corresponding prices (rates) and their limits in the second half of the year of preceding annual period of regulation if other is not established by acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.".
