I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 2012 No. 292 "About carrying out extraordinary employee assessment of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

1) in Rules of carrying out extraordinary employee assessment of the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the called Decree:

"14. Procedure for passing of testing by determination of psychological stability, delivery of standard rates on physical, combat and office training, and also testing passings, test tasks and threshold values for categories of positions are determined by the head of law enforcement agency.";
