About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of lump sum payment of means of pension accruals

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of lump sum payment of means of pension accruals

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2009 N 1047 "About approval of Rules of lump sum payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of means of pension accruals to persons which did not acquire the right to establishment of work old-age pension" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 52, of the Art. 6577):

a) in the name of the word "to persons who did not acquire the right to establishment of work old-age pension" shall be replaced with words to "insured persons";

b) in word preamble "item 4 of article 6 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "part 2 of article 4 of the Federal law "About Procedure for Financing of Payments at the expense of Means of Pension Accruals";
