1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Action of these rules does not extend to the ownerless dangerous wastes recognized as the judgment arrived in republican property.";

exclude Item 3;

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 01.10.2015 No. 808

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
