About some questions of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize by separation in the procedure established by the legislation public institutions - departments of ecology of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Rename public institutions - departments of ecology of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Determine that financing of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2007 No. 1201 "Questions of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2007, No. 46, the Art. 554) the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 13 with subitem 7-1) of the following content:
"7-1) performs within the competence state regulation in the field of consumer protection when rendering the state services;";
add Item 22 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:
"2-1) provides respect for the principles of gender equality in personnel policy of the Ministry;";
2) the list of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
