Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 1, Art. 1; 2001, N 51, Art. 4825; 2003, N 27, Art. 2698; 2005, N 15, Art. 1274; 2011, N 50, Art. 7334) following changes:

Part 3 of Article 13 to add 1) with words "if other is not established by the relevant Federal constitutional Law";

Article 14 to add 2) with words "if other is not established by the relevant Federal constitutional Law".

Article 2

Voided according to the Federal constitutional Law of the Russian Federation of 12.03.2014 No. 5-FKZ

Article 3

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
