1. Bring in the order of the deputy. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2007 No. 241 "About approval of Rules of state registration of object of condominium" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4945, published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2007, September-October) the following changes:

in the Rules of state registration of object of condominium approved by the specified order:

to state part one of Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The size of shares of members of condominium in common property is determined by the relation of the usable space residential and the areas of the non-residential premise which is in separate (individual) property (other corporeal right) to the amount of the usable spaces of all residential and the areas of all non-residential premises which are in this object of condominium.";

state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. In case of state registration of object of condominium by authorized representatives of members of condominium are recognized:

1) person elected on general meeting of members of condominium;

2) any member of condominium if the sizes of shares in common property are determined according to the procedure, provided by the legal act for the housing relations.
