About modification and amendments In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional Court"

Article 1. Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional Court" of June 14, 2006, ZR-58-N (further the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Resolutions and the conclusions of the Constitutional Court shall conform to requirements of the principle of legal definiteness.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 64 of the Law:

1) in Item 8 of the word "the arguments proving" shall be replaced with words "the legal line items proving";

Part to add 2) with Items 9.1 and 9.2 of the following content:

"9. 1) specifying on the fact that administrative or court resolutions are subject to revision in the procedure established by the law - in the cases provided by Chapter 10 of this Law;

9. 2) short constitutional and legal content of the challenged the act or its challenged provision in substantive provisions of the resolution - in case of adoption of the resolution, stipulated in Item 1.1 parts 8 of article 68 of this Law;".

Article 3. In part 8 of article 68 of the Law:

Item 1 after the word of "act" to add 1) with the words "or its challenged provision";

Part to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) about recognition of the challenged the act or its challenged provision corresponding to the Constitution in the constitutional and legal content opened in the resolution of the Constitutional Court.".

Article 4. In article 69 of the Law:
