2. To committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and in coordination with the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on investments and management of state-owned property to create the Commission on reception-transmission of buildings, property, the equipment and the territories of Head department of active impacts on meteorological processes of Public institution on hydrometeorology, in the procedure established by the legislation to provide transfer of buildings, property, the equipment and the territories of Head department and to make corresponding changes to accounting data.
3. Add the scheme of management of Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2006, No. 611, the new paragraph of the following content:
"Head department of active impacts on meteorological processes".
