About additional measures for regulation of financial accounting and the financial reporting

According to articles 15 and 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", Article 125 of "The civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan", article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state companies" and article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts", and also for the purpose of implementation of articles 2 and 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About financial accounting and the financial reporting", the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. The organizations having essential social significance which get under any of the following determinations are recognized subjects of public interest:

a) banks, irrespective of legal form and pattern of ownership;

b) insurance companies, irrespective of organizatsionnopravovy form and pattern of ownership;

c) the exchanges, irrespective of legal form and pattern of ownership;

d) fund of the deposit guarantee of physical persons;

e) pension funds (except for state-financed organizations);

e) legal entities whose securities address on the stock exchanges of the Republic of Tajikistan;

g) subjects of natural monopoly;

h) subjects (except for state-financed organizations and Dehkan farms) which financial and quantitative indices for the previous accounting period (year) correspond at least to one of the following indicators:

- the amount of gross income, taking into account all taxes, is not lower than 30 000 000 (thirty million) somoni;

- the amount of general assets is not lower than 100 000 000 (hundred million) somoni;

- number of workers at least 1000 (one thousand) people;
