3. Make the following changes and additions to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 31, 2001, No. 357 "About the State unitary enterprise "Hochagiya kommunala manziliya":

- the paragraph in the second Item 18 of the Charter of the State unitary enterprise "Hochagiya kommunala manziliya", 2001 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to state No. 357 in the following edition:

"-providing with water cities and areas, settlements, villages with drinking water and sewerage, control of quality of water":

- add the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on July 31, 2001, No. 357 (is applied) by new Appendix.
