1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products

1. General provisions

1. These rules of subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products (dalee-Pravila) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories", of November 24, 2011 "About the republican budget for 2012 - 2014" and determine procedure for subsidizing of costs of the companies of agro-industrial complex for implementation of the international standard (international standards) and certification on its compliance.

2. Subsidizing is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget for 2012-2014 (further - means) according to the republican budget program 051 "Subsidizing of production management systems of agricultural products" (further - the program).

3. In these rules the following concepts and determinations are used:

1) administrator of the program - Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
